Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows within the Service Now platform.
- Configure and maintain Service Now modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
- Develop and integrate Service Now with other enterprise systems using REST APIs and scripting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Now configurations and customizations.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.
- Proven experience as a Service Now Developer with a strong understanding of the platform's architecture.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Service Now scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).
- Experience with ITSM processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with RESTful web services and API integrations.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
