We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer with expertise in Service Now GRC solutions, application development, configuration, integrations, and platform enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Service Now applications while translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Required Technical Skills- 5+ years of experience as a Service Now Application Developer.
- 3+ years of experience as a Certified Service Now Application Developer.
- Strong experience with Service Now GRC modules and enterprise application development.
- 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency in Glide Record queries, scripting, and Service Now development best practices.
- Experience building integrations using REST APIs and Service Now Integration Hub.
- Experience configuring Service Now forms, fields, lists, views, work spaces, UI policies, client scripts, UI actions, dashboards, reports, service catalog, and portals.
- Design, develop, configure, and implement Service Now GRC solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure workflows, business rules, script includes, scheduled jobs, flows, notifications, events, and mail scripts.
- Manage users, roles, groups, ACLs, and security configurations.
- Create, manage, and deploy update sets across environments.
- Develop data imports into Service Now GRC application tables.
- Build and maintain system integrations using REST APIs and Integration Hub.
- Perform functional testing and support workflow validation.
- Create technical documentation and support deployment activities.
- Provide production support and resolve application issues.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance (GRC).
- Experience with enterprise Service Now implementations and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
