Office Assistant in Khawr Fakkan, UAE (Full-Time with Visa Sponsorship)
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Khawr Fakkan, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time role with visa sponsorship. This position requires excellent English language skills and fluency in spoken and written English is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities- This position requires strong administrative skills as it involves managing office correspondence, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, filing documents, etc.
- Be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office software such as Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities; capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining good communication within the team.
- Strong interpersonal skills for regular interaction with customers.
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
