Office assistant vacancy in Khawr Fakkan UAE Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the office in Khawr Fakkan.
- Answer phones, receive visitors, file documents, manage supplies, schedule meetings, and maintain office equipment.
- Provide support to management by preparing reports as needed and assisting in other tasks as assigned.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and contribute to customer service principles; resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
- Work flexible hours when necessary and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Utilize computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-service oriented with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Salary: 1100 AED per month. Benefits include medical insurance coverage. We are willing to consider immigrants if they meet all the necessary requirements for this role.
