Overview

Office assistant vacancy in Haur-Fakkan UAE for unskilled worker in a similar role. We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300 AED per month.

Responsibilities
  • Answering phones, greeting clients, taking messages
  • Sorting incoming mail and organizing paperwork
  • Running errands and maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Scheduling appointments and providing administrative support as needed
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office Suite
