Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new strategies and initiatives for our growing business. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic professional with excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships with clients, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities- Develop an effective sales strategy
- Set goals with the team
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Manage relationships with existing clients
- Evaluate customer feedback
- Monitor market trends
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Attend conferences and workshops
- Train staff on sales techniques
- Provide reports to management
- Develop promotional materials
- Undergraduate degree in business or a related field
- At least two years of experience in sales management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce)
- Project management capabilities
