Your role   :
As a   Senior Business Analyst (HR) Consultan   t, you will join a consulting engagement within a leading Bank in Brussels, supporting the   HR transformation and digitalization agend   a. You will act as a key interface between   business and I   T, ensuring that HR processes and tools are efficiently analyzed, optimized, and delivered in line with business needs.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Gather, challenge, and consolidat   e HR business require men   ts across multiple stakeholders

• Translate business needs into clea   r functional specifications and user stori   es

• Collaborate closely wit   h Product Owners, developers, and Agile tea   ms

• Define and documen   t acceptance criter   ia for features and user stories

• Suppor   t User Acceptance Testing (UA   T) and ensure high-quality delivery

• Contribute to the continuous improvement o   f HR processes and employee experien   ce

• Maintain clear, structured, and reusabl   e process and solution documentati   on

• Suppor   t reporting and data-driven decision-maki   ng within the   HR domain

Your Profile   :

• Minim   um 6+ years of experie   nce as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in consulting or complex environments

• Strong experience   in HR processes and HR IT systems (SAP HR is a strong plus)

• Experience working   in Agile/Scrum xqknzec environments

• Fluent   in Dutch, French, and English

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills

• Ability to manage   multiple stakeholders in complex organizations

• Experience   in process optimization and continuous improvement
