Atos, a global AI-powered technology company, is looking for a Financial Architect to join our Financial Architect team in the BNN region:
Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the Nordics. The team supports complex bids and helps shape winning commercial strategies.

Role Overview
As a Financial Architect, you will play a key role within the core bid team, working alongside Sales, Solution and Bid Management. This is a finance-led, business-facing deal role with direct impact on winning new business. It is suited to someone with strong analytical skills, commercial curiosity and the potential to grow into a Deal CFO mindset.
Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for a finance professional who wants to move closer to the business and contribute to deal decision-making. Prior bid experience is a plus but not required. You should enjoy structuring financial cases and explaining complex financial topics clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
You will work on complex ICT outsourcing and transformation deals for private and public-sector clients, often involving multiple stakeholders, consortium partners and vendors.
Contribute to commercial strategy with a focus on financial structuring, modelling, deal pricing and what-if scenarios
Prepare structured financial analyses and presentations for internal reviews
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, solution, delivery, finance, tax, treasury, risk and legal
Support cost collection, risk identification, deal shaping, client discussions and financial elements of commercial negotiations
Help build robust financial cases that support governance decisions and attractive commercial offers
What We Expect
Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of experience in finance, commercial finance, business control, pricing, consulting or audit/advisory. xlxgzvr

You will be part of the Atos Financial Architect team, working collaboratively across deals and benefiting from coaching from senior Financial Architects on both technical and commercial skills.
