Panel beater; Multi Skilled

kolt recruitment are looking for a multi skilled technician to join a busy and well-established accident repair centre based in Uckfield. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who is confident carrying out a wide range of body repair duties in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Key responsibilities

• Carrying out multi skilled vehicle repairs including stripping, fitting and minor bodywork
• Ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard and in line with manufacturer guidelines
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines and productivity targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area
• Liaising with workshop control and management when required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a multi skilled technician within an accident repair centre
• Ability to carry out strip, fit and general body repairs
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ATA accreditation would be an advantage but not essential
