BACU Bakkerij in Uden biedt een unieke stage in Learning & Development voor studenten die passie hebben voor leren en ontwikkelen. Je krijgt de kans om aan belangrijke L&D-projecten te werken, waaronder het ontwerpen van een onboardingmodule en didactische trainingen. Je wordt begeleid door de L&D Coördinator en werkt nauw samen met het HR-team.
Je moet zelfstandig, proactief zijn en creatief denken. Ervaring met e-learning tools is een pré. Deze stage biedt ruimte voor eigen initiatief en ontwikkeling in een stimulerende omgeving.
