Brabant Zorg in Uden biedt een trainee-opleiding tot Teammanager met opleidingsondersteuning en praktijkbegeleiding op de werkvloer. Je volgt een HBO-opleiding in de regio en werkt 3-4 dagen per week bij Brabant Zorg, met één dag per week naar school.
Na afronding ben je klaar voor de rol van Teammanager Zorg en Welzijn, waar je teams aanstuurt, coaching toepast en bijdraagt aan kwaliteit en regionale projecten.
