Job Description:
The successful Nursery Manager must have a good understanding of the EYFS framework.
As Nursery Manager you must have a passion for working with children and want to provide an excellent standard of childcare. You need to be confident and flexible, to liaise with Parents/Carers and help contribute to the growing success in the Nursery.
The ideal Nursery Manager candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills.
As Nursery Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Nursery.
As a Nursery Manager you must:
Be willing to work as part of a team.
Be able to work using your own initiative.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursery management.
* Ability to manage a team of highly trained individuals.
* Ability to work with a variety of personalities and work effectively with all levels within the organization.
* Ability to work both independently and within a team.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
