About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Room Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of one of our nursery rooms. You will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive and develop through play and learning.

Hours:

40 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of practitioners within your room
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS standards are met
Maintain accurate records and support children's learning and development
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Work with management team to ensure high standards are met within setting.

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential)
Room Leader or senior nursery experience (preferred)
A genuine passion for working with children
Reliable, hard-working, and enthusiastic personality
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A caring and nurturing nature
