Salary: £14.00 to £16.00 per hour
Are you an experienced Senior Support Worker ready to step into a Team Leader role where you can make a real difference to the lives of children and young people?

We are seeking a confident, compassionate and reliable Team Leader to join a 3 bed EBD children’s home in Cudworth, Warwickshire, supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
This is a small, relationship focused home where stability, consistency and strong role modelling are essential to helping young people feel safe and supported.
The Role
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the management team and leading shifts to ensure high quality care is delivered.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading shifts and supporting the day to day running of the home
• Acting as a role model and supporting the development of the staff team
• Supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs
• Ensuring safeguarding and behaviour management procedures are followed
• Supporting care planning, daily documentation and incident reporting
• Building positive, trusting relationships with children and young people
• Supporting children to engage in education, activities and daily routines
This role requires someone who is confident, calm under pressure and passionate about improving outcomes for young people.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience working in a children’s residential home
• Has experience working with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties
• Holds a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, or is willing to work towards it
• Has strong safeguarding knowledge
• Has leadership experience or experience acting as a senior on shift
• Is resilient, supportive and able to manage behaviours that challenge
• Has the right to work in the UK
