CALLING ALL GROUP LEADERS! Are you ready for a new adventure filled with laughter, fun and enriching experiences? Join our team as a Kids' Camp Coordinator and be part of creating an exceptional guest experience that will leave a smile on children's faces.

  • Supporting our team of Group Leaders with your positive energy and enthusiasm. You'll be a driving force in delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring every child feels special, cared for… and is having lots of fun!
  • Coordinating routines and evening activities. From welcoming our young adventurers to centre and introducing them to their Group Leaders, to ensuring that all guests receive the highest levels of pastoral care.
  • Working closely with the Guest Welfare team to facilitate communication between children and parents/guardians.
  • Providing practical support with minor behaviour issues and assisting with behaviour management as required, ensuring a harmonious and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Facilitating the guest departure process including security checks and reuniting guests with their parents/guardians after their exciting adventures!
    You're an expert in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You can identify and understand guest requirements, and have a natural talent for creating magical moments.
  • Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are outstanding. You know how to get your message across appropriately and effectively, ensuring clear and open lines of communication with children, parents, and colleagues alike.
  • Time management is your superpower! You effortlessly juggle tasks and responsibilities, focusing on activities that deliver the best value.
  • Previous experience as a Kids' Camp Group Leader
  • First aid qualification
  • GCSE grade D or equivalent or above in English, or willingness to work towards it
