We are looking for a passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to support our team in delivering exceptional care and education  will lead, mentor, and inspire the nursery team while maintaining excellence in base‑room responsibilities.

• Lead and mentor the nursery team to deliver high‑quality early years education.
• Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing all aspects of nursery operations, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Act as a role model, fostering an environment of initiative, creativity, and high standards of care.
• Build strong partnerships with families, colleagues, and external agencies to promote collaboration and excellent outcomes for children.
• Monitor and guide the team’s implementation of the EYFS framework, ensuring engaging and nurturing learning opportunities.
• Take responsibility for the nursery in the Nursery Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth operations.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, providing constructive feedback and supporting professional development within your team.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that respects the unique needs of every child.

• Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience in early years childcare and team leadership.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.

Pay: up to £31,387 per annum (based on experience). 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday – 38 hours per week.

Our Bampton nursery is a small setting nestled in the charming village of Bampton at the end of Bowling Green Close, right next to Bampton Primary School.
