Location:
Andover.
Hours:
Full-Time (38/40 hours per week) over 4 Days. Salary:
Up to £39,520 annually.

Responsibilities- Inspire, motivate, and develop an amazing team
- Create a positive culture where children and staff thrive
- Drive occupancy through community engagement, marketing, and exceptional parent experiences
- Manage admissions, waiting lists, and enrolments
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery with confidence and positivity
- Lead exceptional EYFS practice throughout the nursery
- Support the team to deliver inspiring learning experiences every day
- Oversee planning, observations, and assessments using Famly
- Champion inclusive practice alongside the SENCO team
- Ensure every child receives the very best start in life
- Lead safeguarding across the nursery as DSL (or support where appropriate)
- Maintain outstanding compliance and prepare confidently for Ofsted inspections
- Ensure safer recruitment and safeguarding practices are embedded
- Promote a culture where children’s safety always comes first
- Oversee health and safety, hygiene and site maintenance
- Monitor budgets and supplier relationships
- Ensure rotas, staffing, and resources are effectively managed
- Create an environment that is safe, welcoming, and inspiring
- Coach, mentor, and inspire practitioners to reach their full potential
- Deliver supervisions, appraisals, and development plans
- Support apprentices and future leaders
- Celebrate achievements and create opportunities for progression
- Create lasting relationships with families
- Lead show rounds and welcome new children into the nursery
- Handle feedback with confidence and professionalism
- Be the face of your nursery within the local community
- Complete key reports and nursery documentation
- Manage newsletters, planning, safeguarding and health & safety records
- Plan ahead using the weekly manager planner
