• Building warm, trusting relationships with children and families.
• Planning engaging experiences that inspire children's curiosity and development.
• Supporting children's learning through play and meaningful interactions.
• Taking responsibility for your key children, observing, assessing and planning for their individual progress.
• Working collaboratively with your team to maintain the highest standards of care, education and safeguarding.
• Helping create a nurturing, fun and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

• Salary from £12.90 per hour

• Holds a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

• Has at least 12 months' experience working in an Early Years setting.
• Is passionate about providing exceptional care and education.
• Enjoys creating exciting, child-led learning opportunities.
• Recognises and makes the most of teachable moments throughout the day.
• Can confidently observe, assess and plan for children's next steps.
• Works well as part of a supportive team while using their own initiative.
• Shares our commitment to helping every child achieve the very best outcomes.
