Job Title: Wraparound After School Club Supervisor

Location: Lower Church Road, Sandhurst

Hours: 15 hours per week, 3–6pm Monday‑Friday, term time (optional 40hrs per week overtime during school holidays)

Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Job Type: Part‑time

We run a variety of engaging activities during our after‑school programs for children. Our wraparound care clubs provide a safe, creative and sporting environment where children can express themselves, explore new interests and grow socially and personally.

• Manage and support Activity Leaders to deliver high‑quality activities within the wraparound setting.
• Build and maintain outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues.
• Promote and deliver excellence by following all company and Ofsted standards and expectations.
• Create safe and engaging environments for all children across the wraparound setting.
• Encourage children to explore their interests and create new opportunities through enriching activities.
• Empower children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills while making a difference in their development.

• Experience in childcare is desirable but not essential; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
