Wraparound After School Club Supervisor

Radstock Primary School

Hours:

15 hours per week, 3-6pm Monday-Friday, term time (with the option of working 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays)
Pay:
Up to £15 per hour

You must hold an Early Years Level 3 Qualification for this role. Experience with in wraparound care services is desired, however having a Level 3 Early years qualification is essential.

• Managing and supporting the Activity Leaders to deliver high‑quality activities within the wraparound.
• Building and maintaining outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues.
• Promoting and delivering excellence by following all company and Ofsted standards and expectations.
• Creating safe and engaging environments for all children across the wraparound setting.
• Encouraging children to explore their interests and create new opportunities through enriching activities.
• Empowering children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills whilst making a difference in child development.
