Cheltenham Long-Term Temporary Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

Time Plan Education is recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's largest childcare organisations for caring and enthusiastic Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Early Years professionals to join their friendly and nurturing nursery in Cheltenham, conveniently located close to the town centre.

The Role

As an Early Years Educator/Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 years. Working alongside an experienced and welcoming team, you'll help create a safe, stimulating and engaging environment where children can learn through play and reach their full potential.

These are long-term temporary positions with the potential for ongoing work.

Hours Available
  • Full-time: Up to 40 hours per week
  • Part-time: Flexible opportunities available
  • Monday to Friday only

Typical shifts include:

  • 7:30am - 3:30pm
  • 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • 9:30am - 5:30pm
  • 10:00am - 6:00pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver fun and engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
  • Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Support children's individual learning journeys through observations and assessments.
  • Encourage children's confidence, independence and social development.
  • Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For
  • Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
  • A genuine passion for Early Years education.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn.

Applicants with experience as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Assistant or Childcare Practitioner are encouraged to apply.
