Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioner (Term Time Only) About Us Welcome to Little Nest Ltd , a brand-new, purpose-built nursery committed to providing a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can flourish. We are now recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our growing team. The Role As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Provide safe, caring, and stimulating early years experiences in line with the EYFS 2025 framework . Plan, deliver, and assess a rich curriculum tailored to meet the needs of individual children. Promote childrens development through purposeful play, encouraging curiosity, independence, and confidence. Maintain accurate and meaningful records, including learning journals and assessments. Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensure safeguarding and health and safety policies are adhered to at all times. Work collaboratively with your room team and support the day-to-day running of your room.
What Were Looking For A full and relevant Level2 / 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent). A Full Paediatric First Aid training preferred At least 1 year of experience in an early years setting (preferred but not essential for outstanding candidates). A sound understanding of the EYFS , child development, and safeguarding procedures. A kind, nurturing, and professional approach with a genuine love for working with young children.
