Crystal Care Solutions is seeking a passionate Deputy Care Manager to lead our residential homes, providing therapeutic care to children and young people.
You will deputise for the Registered Manager, supervise staff, oversee safeguarding, plan shifts, and develop individual care plans, working with external professionals to achieve positive outcomes. The role requires Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and readiness for Level 5 Leadership & Management.
