Salary - £26,227- £26,617 plus £67.50 per sleep-in, expect 10 sleeps per month gives an additional £8000+ over the year = OTE £34,032

A full Manual UK driving licence is required and we are unable to offer sponsorship for this vacancy.

What You’ll Do

As a support worker, you will support young people with their daily routines, getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities. You will also:

  • Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support
  • Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects
  • Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

Atha Mor is a beautiful, welcoming home based in the Scottish highlands- sitting on a lot of land ensuring our young people have a safe space to live and thrive. We are registered to support 4 young people who may be effected by learning disabilities and or complex behaviours.
