Nursery Manager – Guildford
Are you a confident and experienced  Nursery Manager  looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a successful early years setting in  Guildford ?
Winner Education are seeking a dedicated  Nursery Manager  to oversee a well-established nursery in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering outstanding childcare and early years education while supporting and developing a high-performing team.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are maintained. The successful candidate will be a strong leader who can inspire staff, build positive relationships with families, and drive continuous improvement throughout the setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of nursery practitioners and support staff
Ensure full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding requirements
Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, maintaining a safe and engaging environment
Monitor occupancy levels and support the growth and success of the setting
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community
Support staff training, development, and performance management
Promote high-quality teaching, learning, and care across the nursery
Requirements:
Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ or equivalent)
Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A proactive and commercially aware approach
Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
Passion for early years education and child development
