Our housekeepers are a part of a team enabling our young people to get their childhood back and create pathways to become well rounded adults an incredibly rewarding role to have. There will be challenges along the way but there will also be the smallest moments which feel like a huge small victory!
Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, and our aim is to create the best possible outcomes for the young people in our care. Our housekeepers help create an environment where these young people can thrive and are fulfilled by the idea of affecting even the smallest positive change, so we celebrate the little things.

By making sure our childrens home are a great place to stay, youll be having a lasting positive impact on the lives of the young people in your care. You will achieve this by preparing and serving a range of tasty, nutritious food, assisting with laundry and making sure high standards of tidiness and cleanliness are maintained.
Youll be working at the heart of our home, helping our young people to feel happy and supported in all aspects of their life, relationships, social skills, activities and hobbies.

Salary :
Base salary of £27,666 - £28,569
Bonuses : £1,400 Attendance Allowance assuming good attendance, £2,000 Regional Allowance
Training : A full 4-week induction on our Care Academy
Holiday :
Youll work hard at WG, so youll be rewarded with 7 weeks holiday
Progression :
If career development is your thing you will be supported in becoming an RSW if this is something you wish to do
