We are looking for Therapeutic Support Workers in either Saxmundham or Ipswich, you would be assigned to either home dependent on your preference.
On offer is a fully funded, industry accredited training programme which offers you an excellent career progression into management including Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications in residential childcare.
My client has a fantastic reputation for nurturing staff and are an industry leader with their in house training programmes.
This is role includes shift work including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleep in shifts so you must be flexible to commit to all.
You will need to complete an application form also.
- Starting salary of £31,000 (inclusive of 1 sleep a week)
- Full-time contract
- 28 days annual leave plus 3 extra free (for your birthday, health and wellbeing and one for volunteering)

- Experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting (desirable as full training provided)
- Ensuring to help the children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs.

- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of others
- Driving License (full) and own vehicle
