What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside your Deputy and Nursery Manager, you’ll help lead the nursery’s day-to-day life while staying closely involved in the care and learning within your base room.

You’ll lead with care, curiosity, and a willingness to get involved. Your role will include:

  • Keeping safeguarding, safety, and children’s wellbeing at the heart of everyday decisions

  • Creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where every child, family, and colleague feels they belong

  • Sharing constructive feedback, welcoming ideas, and helping your team turn learning into better practice
