• Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out quickly and efficiently.
• Collect and wash kitchen crockery and utensils.
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment, including crockery and cutlery.
• Unload food and equipment deliveries.
• Keep the storeroom organised.
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
• Uphold high levels of food safety and hygiene.

• Some experience of the kitchen environment and typical kitchen hours would be beneficial.
• H&S and COSHH training will be provided.

• Competitive hourly pay £12.60 per hour (£26,208 PA FTE) PLUS a share of hotel tips
