The John O’Groats site offers contemporary lodges and apartments in one of the UK’s most striking coastal locations. Guests travel from around the world to experience the far north of mainland Britain, drawn by dramatic landscapes, open skies, and the unique character of the Highlands.
The site is operated by a small, dedicated team supported by the wider national portfolio. John O’Groats is a beautiful but remote destination, requiring reliability, adaptability, and a positive, hands‑on approach — particularly during seasonal peaks and changing weather conditions.
This is not a desk‑based role. You will be actively involved in the daily operation of the site, supporting accommodation checks, guest arrivals and departures, and maintaining exceptional standards throughout. For the right person, this position offers responsibility, variety, and the opportunity to work in a truly unique and rewarding setting.
