We’re looking for enthusiastic, dependable Bar Staff to help deliver exceptional service at this world‑class event.

6 May – 10 May (5‑day event)
Badminton Estate, Gloucestershire, GL9 1DD

£12.50 per hour + 12.07% holiday pay

As part of our bar team, you’ll play a key role in creating an unforgettable experience for thousands of guests.

• Serve drinks quickly, safely and responsibly.
• Deliver friendly, confident customer service.
• Handle payments accurately and efficiently.
• Keep bar areas clean, stocked and organised.
• Work as part of a supportive, high‑energy team during busy service periods.

We’re looking for team members who can commit to the full 5 days of the event. Consistency is essential to delivering a smooth, high‑quality operation across the week.

• Hospitality or bar experience is great, but not essential.
• As you’ll be serving alcohol, you must be 18+.
• Confident interacting with customers.
• Reliable and professional.
• Comfortable working in a busy environment.
• A positive team player who brings good energy to every shift.
