We are seeking an exceptional Bar Manager to lead our new luxury hotel bar. This is a unique opportunity for a talented mixologist and hospitality professional to shape a refined, welcoming, and effortlessly elegant bar experience from launch.

You will be responsible for delivering impeccable service standards, and creating a warm, relaxed ambience where guests feel genuinely welcomed and indulged.

• Lead and inspire the bar team, with a strong focus on training and development
• Design and deliver a premium, seasonal cocktail and beverage menu
• Create a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere aligned with a luxury hotel setting
• Ensure outstanding guest engagement and personalised service
• Oversee stock control, supplier relationships, and financial performance
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, compliance, and operational excellence
• Support the wider F+B management team across the Resort

• Proven Bar Manager or Senior Mixologist experience within a luxury hotel or high-end bar
• Advanced mixology expertise and strong product knowledge
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• A natural host with refined communication and leadership skills
• Commercially aware with strong organisational ability

This is a full time role working 5 days from 7 including late shifts and weekends. Modern live in accommodation is available if required.
