This role has a starting rate of £12.75 per hour On successful completion of probation period you will receive an increase to £13.25 per hour and £50 in hotel vouchers.

Role & Responsibilities

To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us.
To provide an unforgettable experience and this starts with Reception - not just on arrival but through the whole process of booking to departure.
To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual - Reservations, Sales, Check In and Check Out Procedures
To achieve sales in line with company objectives
To promote additional products and services within the hotel and group brand
To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from guests in accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.
To maintain high standards of hospitality, processing bookings, up selling, salesmanship, financial and reporting diligence.
To support the reservations team with booking support.
To ensure all complaints are minimized and handled professionally as in accordance with hotel policy
To ensure a good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel
Stock replenishment of department areas
Ensure daily updates are communicated throughout the hotel
Follow legislation relating to job role.

To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
