Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

We're looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and help oversee all F&B operations across our hotel. From breakfast service to banqueting dinners, you'll ensure every detail is perfect and every guest leaves delighted.

• Support the F&B Manager in running all F&B departments: restaurant, bar, room service, conferences, and events.
• Lead daily briefings and ensure smooth communication across departments.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences with a focus on quality, consistency, and service excellence.
• Lead and inspire the food & beverage team across restaurant, bar, and events operations.
• Drive operational excellence, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop the team, fostering a culture of warm hospitality and high standards.
• Monitor budgets, stock control, and labor costs while driving sales through upselling and promotions. You'll have proven experience managing in high‑end hospitality in a management role and are a natural leader with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine love for guest service. A calm, confident and solutions‑focused attitude is essential, even when pressure is high.

We're looking for someone with ambition to grow into the next management role. We will support your journey through management courses, mentoring and coaching. The role requires working a variety of shifts across restaurant, bar, conference or events, so flexibility and professionalism are key.
