Casual Nightshift Public Area

POSITION PURPOSE

• To be responsible for the cleanliness and good order of public areas within the Hotel and to assist with the comfort and well being of guests during their stay.
• To perform any other duties as requested by the Housekeeper.

• To clean the public areas in the Hotel to the highest standard.
• To ensure that stocks of amenities are replenished in all Areas.
• To assist in other areas within the Department upon request.
• To be pleasant and courteous to guests and colleagues at all times.
• To report guest comments or complaints.
• To answer guests requests and resolve guest problems.
• To check in lost property immediately.
• To dispose of rubbish in the proper place.
• To carry out any other duties as required.
• To follow all safety guidelines for the Resort.
• To perform tasks ensuring SOPS and Risk Assessments are adhered to.

• Ensure full liaison with other members of the team in Housekeeping and Linen Room.
• Strong communication with other departments.
• Strong relationship with guests and internal customers.
• Good communication with the Supervisors, Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Executive Housekeeper.

• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
• Ability to communicate freely in the local language.
• Open and friendly with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• A team player, contributing positively to team performance.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
