Pay
: £18 per hour, full‑time 37 hours per week, various shifts

• Operate varied shift working patterns between daily food services, daytime and evening functions, bar services, and possible reception and accommodation management duties.
• Work alongside service personnel and the industry partner (ESS) to ensure catering services are provided to RAF Waddington.
• Operate and comply with all relevant statutory legislation and local orders.
• Operate EPOS (till) systems during food and beverage services.
• Undertake accurate cash handling and profit protection procedures.
• Undertake stock taking procedures.
• Undertake basic IT input tasks.
• Undertake basic administrative tasks.
• Ensure proper dressing, hygiene standards, and appropriate PPE.
• Adhere to all safe systems of work, including UK food safety, health & safety legislation, and ESS safety systems & risk assessments.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and hospitality.
• Maintain a high security awareness and reporting culture.

Shift times:

• 5:30am – 1:30pm
• 8:00am – 4:00pm
• 11:00am – 7:00pm
• 3:30pm – 11:30pm

• Food and beverage service/hospitality experience
• Food Safety Level 2 certification
