• Ensure departments meet set criteria through confirming that all employees consistently achieve product and hospitality service standards.
• Empower the team to handle all guest feedback—positive and negative.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be expected to deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence. You will play a vital role in leading and developing the team. The ideal person will have at least one year’s experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable and willing to learn.

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar food and beverage supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent guest service.
• Passion for hospitality and a proactive attitude.
• Reliable, trustworthy and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
