About the Role
We’re looking for an Assistant Manager for the new Toby Carvery opening in Bromsgrove, West Midlands. As part of Mitchells & Butlers you’ll build a business to be proud of, help grow your team, and smash targets.

What will I be doing?- Champion brand standards and ensure guest & team safety at all times
- Support the General Manager with day‑to‑day business operations
- Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW guests and keep them coming back
- Serve as role model and guide training and development within the team
- Previous experience and confidence in managing a team
- Passion for hospitality
- Role model of giving great service
- Excellent communicator
- Resilience and readiness for a dynamic day‑to‑day environment
