Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you'll be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you’ll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that bring our guests back for more.

• Stepping in for the General Manager when needed, leading the pub team and creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Supporting the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspiring and motivating the pub team on every shift.
• Being accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Leading from the front and fostering a positive environment for guests and colleagues.

• Previous experience in a like‑for‑like Assistant or Deputy Manager role in a comparable or branded environment.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for motivating others.
• Commitment to doing the right thing for the team and guests.
• Desire to develop through the Aspire programme towards a GM role.

• Starting salary from £13.01 per hour + tips (35hrs per week).
