Bar & Service Manager
Beautifully refurbished hotel in the idyllic village of Dunnet, situated 4 miles from the mainland’s most northerly point. Dunnet Head. We are a 12 bedroom country hotel on the NC500.
Main Responsibilities- Preparing purchase orders to ensure bars are stocked appropriately
- Varied shift rota covering breakfast, lunch & evening Service
- Stock rotation
- Liaising with accommodation co-ordinator
- Menu administration
- Ensure that any complaints are minimised and are dealt with professionally
- Silverware, glass & crockery organisation
- Liaising with Headchef
- Customer & team relations
- Assisting in staff training
- Reel Collaboration
- Carry out end of day processes
- Secure the building when required

Assist in the day to day running of the business.
To ensure all guests receive a truly warm “Highland” welcome and are treated with the utmost hospitality and care during their stay.

Desirable Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience in a similar role.
HNC/HND in Tourism or equivalent.

Terms and Conditions:Salary – £13.50 to £15.50 per hour experience dependent
