Bar & Service Manager

Beautifully refurbished hotel in the idyllic village of Dunnet, situated 4 miles from the mainland’s most northerly point. Dunnet Head. We are a 12 bedroom country hotel on the NC500.

• Preparing purchase orders to ensure bars are stocked appropriately
• Varied shift rota covering breakfast, lunch & evening Service
• Stock rotation
• Liaising with accommodation co-ordinator
• Menu administration
• Ensure that any complaints are minimised and are dealt with professionally
• Silverware, glass & crockery organisation
• Liaising with Headchef
• Customer & team relations
• Assisting in staff training
• Reel Collaboration
• Carry out end of day processes
• Secure the building when required

Exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional to further their career. As the Bar & Service Manager, you will ensure that all standards are maintained throughout the hotel to ensure guests have an excellent visit.

Assist in the day to day running of the business.

To ensure all guests receive a truly warm “Highland” welcome and are treated with the utmost hospitality and care during their stay.

To ensure that any complaints are minimised and are dealt with professionally.

Previous experience in a similar role.

HNC/HND in Tourism or equivalent.
