Greywalls Hotel and Chez Roux is a five star country house hotel based in Gullane, East Lothian. We are seeking an enthusiastic Waiting Staff member to join our Chez Roux restaurant team, led by Michel Roux Jnr.
You will deliver hospitality with a smile, support colleagues, and take pride in every detail of service. Expect to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, delivering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and lounge service with a focus on guest satisfaction and seamless dining experiences.
