£14.45 per hour

• Providing friendly and efficient bar service between 9:00pm–12:00am.
• Closing and securing the bar, including cash procedures and stock checks.
• Completing light cleaning tasks across public areas to maintain presentation standards.
• Acting as the main point of contact for guests throughout the night.
• Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests or minor issues.
• Carrying out regular safety and security checks across the premises.
• Monitoring building access and ensuring all areas are secured overnight.
• Recording incidents or maintenance needs and preparing clear handover notes.

• Ability to work independently and stay alert during night shifts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A reliable, trustworthy approach with a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to learn — hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
• Confidence in handling small issues calmly and professionally.
• Basic awareness of health, safety, and security practices.
• A proactive attitude toward maintaining a clean and well-presented environment.
