Service charge
:
We pay our team service charge monthly, and 100% of that service charge is shared amongst all team members. The amount can be in the region of £260 a month (about £3,200 per year) for a full-time employee.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant you will work closely with both the front of house and back of house teams to ensure our guests have a wonderful time and create memorable experiences.

We welcome applications from candidates with no experience; this role focuses on personality and attitude, and we can teach you the rest.

• Know the menu and be able to advise guests when asked.
• Help colleagues and build relationships across teams; we are one team and will muck in across departments as needed.
• Ensure guests have a memorable experience.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations to deliver smooth service.
