We are seeking a talented  Mixologist  to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering personalised service, this is an incredible opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Mixologist in a hotel setting, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude toward training and development.

This position reports to the bar management team.

Key Responsibilities of a Mixologist:
Crafting exquisite cocktails and drinks while consistently delivering exceptional service to guests.
Ensuring the bar area and surrounding tables are impeccably set up and maintained to the highest standards.
Working across all areas of the bar, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.
Preparing a variety of drinks, cocktails, and food offerings, tailoring recommendations to guest preferences.
Demonstrating strong menu knowledge, offering expert advice and suggestions to guests.

What are we looking for?
Previous experience as a Mixologist in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards in every aspect of service.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
A passion for training, development, and staying updated on the latest trends in mixology.
A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional, personalised service to every guest.
