** The European Tour group is one of the world’s pre-eminent golf organisations. We are responsible for running the world-famous DP World Tour, Staysure Legends Tour & Hotel Planner Tour. We also organise, alongside the PGA of America, golf’s greatest team contest - the Ryder Cup.
** About the role
** We’re looking for a dynamic Hospitality & Event Services Manager to join our Championship Management team on a 12 month fixed term basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering world-class tournament experiences.

This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of player, guest and hospitality services across our events—ensuring exceptional delivery at every touchpoint, from accommodation and transport through to premium experiences and event operations.
** What you’ll be doing
** You’ll lead the planning and delivery of hospitality and event services across our tournaments, including:
* Managing Pro-Am events, guest communications and logistics
* Overseeing accommodation and transport for players, partners and stakeholders
* Designing and delivering premium hospitality experiences and facilities
* Leading catering operations across all user groups
* Managing fringe events such as gala dinners and receptions
* Building strong relationships with venues, partners and key stakeholders
* Supporting merchandise, ticketing and operational delivery
** What we’re looking for
*** Experience delivering large-scale events, ideally in international sport
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Confident working with senior partners and global brands
* A collaborative, proactive approach with a “one team” mindset
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods
* Experience of working within the professional golf environment is a plus
