• Lead and motivate the catering team
• Deliver excellent customer service and dining experiences
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards
• Manage stock, ordering, and waste control
• Train and support team members
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues
• Support wider centre operations when required
• Deputise for the Front of House Manager when needed

• Previous leadership experience in catering or hospitality
• Strong food hygiene and health & safety knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
