Hand Picked Hotels Ltd is looking for a Sous Chef to join the team at Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa. The role involves supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality menus and overseeing food preparation. The ideal candidate will have experience in a multi-outlet rosette/Michelin environment and will thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere.
The position offers a competitive salary of £44,000 per annum plus service charge, with benefits including 28 days holiday, complimentary spa access, onsite parking, and enhanced sick pay.
