The Skye Inn, part of The Travel Corporation, is seeking an experienced chef to lead kitchen operations, deliver high-standard meals, and manage stock and supplier relationships. The role focuses on breakfast delivery for tour groups and creating locally sourced evening menus with the Head Chef.
Ideal candidates will have proven chef experience, strong HACCP knowledge, and the ability to work in a hands-on team environment within the Highlands hospitality setting.
