As a Casual  Kitchen Steward   at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:
Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitise kitchenware
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas
Assist in sorting of kitchen waste and adhering to established guidelines and local regulations.
Maintain kitchen equipment and reporting any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel.
