Position: Flexible Events Bartender

The Chancery Rosewood, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, its a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

As a  Flexible Events Bartender , you will support a wide range of high-profile events, from elegant receptions and private dinners to large-scale celebrations and bespoke experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a landmark hotel and deliver exceptional service within a luxury events environment.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality bar service during events and functions
Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wines, spirits, and soft beverages
Maintain excellent presentation and cleanliness of bar areas
Engage with guests in a warm, professional, and attentive manner
Work collaboratively with the wider events and F&B team
Follow all health, safety, and licensing standards
Support set-up and breakdown of event bar spaces as required

About You
Previous bar experience in hospitality, events, or high-volume service environments
Confident working busy events while maintaining attention to detail
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar service standards
Friendly, reliable, and professional with a positive attitude
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
A natural team player who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences
